I have had panic attacks of and on off for about 7 years. I was just lying on the couch one day and I thought my heart jumped out of my chest. I thought I was having a heart attack. Well after a year they went away because I convinced myself that it was all in my head. Now 7 years later they are back with a vengeance. And I need help. I don't know if I can live my life like this.
I have anxiety of almost everything now. I used to be outgoing and able to hold conversations with people. I don't know why.
Well let's see, I think that I have been depressed on and off for years. But have never been diagnosed till 6 months ago. All I want to do sleep, I don't want to make food for my kids (thank god for my fiance) the anxiety makes me not want to live so I don't have to have them anymore.
I am pretty sure that I have this. Not long after I was born my mom was changing my diaper and when she lifted my legs up my hip joint became dislocated. I didn't start walking till I was 3. The only thing I really know is that I spent most of my childhood going to Shriners hospital every year. But as I got older my parents never really talked about it. Now I am having all sorts of complications. And need more info on this syndrome.
I have Keratosis pilaris which is called chicken skin by other names, I hate it but I am 30 and you learn to deal with it. I have actually met alot of people with it so I think it's pretty common.
