About Me
I am a married mommy of 5 kids. My oldest is 10 my youngest is 4. I have severe anxiety. I have learned to 'somewhat' cope. Not having my husband to depend on TERRIFIES ME. I am always scared he will get sick and have to go into the hopsital and I will be alone. Death is not something I think about too much, I will get physically sick to my stomach. I am here to see if there are really other people that have my problems and have someone that understands me.

Interests
Keeping myself distracted when I feel an attack coming on. Trying to not 'throw up' everytime I get scared. It would be nice to be able to take medication without panic'ing. My interests are my kids and family...that is what I live for. With out God, I know I would not be here.

- I do not try to have him avoid foods, he is just sooooo picky.

- I went into a panic attack within 12 hours of taking this med. and stayed that way for 3 straight days I could not function. I spent 2 of those days throwing up.

Open Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder
My husband of 10 years told me he cheated on me, with my best friend and she was preg. It has been over a year, and I can't think of anything else. I can't ride by the hotel they used without a panic attack. I have been broken from this one trauma in my life.

I have had GERD for YEARS. I had the scope done. Found out I also have hiatal hernia. No med. stops my GERD. I am now only taking 150mg Zantac AM and PM.
