01/2008 I have type one diabetes and I now have a splotch on my left eye. My right eye went last year. I'm really scared. 02/2008: I completed my O&M and my LIFE 101. I'm learning to hack it.

i am normally a more spiritual person and recently have been evolving my own spiritual "body". i am more into the goddess point of view, but also accept my god one from before. i take from all religions and merge into my own. i believe that regardless of what religion we say we are under that we all have our own views. not one person thinks alike afterall all of the time.

i am sorry that i never answered your question in the discussion post area. i just never went back to the site and i forgot to click the part that would email me a section of it. the sin when born thing goes back to eve. in the bible she and adam sinned against god and since we are their blood we are therefore born sinners. this is what the bible says. god has given us jesus to cover our sins but that doesn't mean that we are forgiven, we have to accept jesus as our savior. now this is way too much bible thumping for me, because i don't normally say this much about religion, however, even though its months later, i saw your question and wanted to answer it. sorry for being so late.

I've been diabetic since I was about 13. A while back, I began to have trouble in my right eye. shapes didn't seem right anymore. Now it's gone and my left e3ye is going. i'm just a little scared, y'know

That Cymbalta commercial has it right: you don’t want to get up or play with your dog or eat right. It hurts physically, and it hurts the people who watch you. People understand – or try – but dogs don’t. They just think you don’t love them anymore.

- it helps me get up, bathe, get dressed, eat.

- It helps keep me calm when I'm scared. I've been doing it for more than twelve years now.
- Positive Thinking Not Working
- what a crock of... Okay, it works as well as you let it, but it's no substitute for a doctor's care.
- Psychotherapy Somewhat Helpful
- it helped some,but i can't afford it anymore.
- Support from Friends & Family Somewhat Helpful
- it helps, but I have to balance between accepting help and living independently. I need people to see me as a person, not a basket case or someone to be cared for.

- The rumor is true: it does enhance orgasms! Too bad it just didn't help my depression.
