Hi, I am trying to put together a list of all our children with their name, birthday & angel day. This list would be available to all moms. This way we can give the support each other needs on the special days. If you would like your child included on this list please send the info to me. Hugs, Ann

I am grieving the loss of my 35 year old daughter. She passed on December 14, 2006. She had been ill for two years with liver disease, but was still active until two weeks before death. I miss her so much I feel like I cannot stand it one more minute...constantly thinking of her. I have other family members, kids, grandkids, some live with me, but the feeling of shock that she is actually gone (even though we knew it was going to happen) is overwhelming me.
I am 57. My whole adult life has been a series of traumatic events. I take Lexapro. It helps a little..takes the edge off. My score on the questionnaire was 54.
I have had diabetes for at least 17 years. I always believed I was type 2. From what I read, I guess I am type 1, but I did not have juvenile onset. I was 42. I originally developed it in my last pregnancy, 22 years ago..gestational diabetes. After the birth, it was gone. Then five years later, it returned. I took oral meds then and eventually had to begin insulin.
I was diagnosed with a rheumatoid factor a few years ago. Also fibromyalgia.
Diagnosed two years ago. I have a lot of pain sometimes. Other times it's ok.
I have several health issues and personal issues that keep me from working. SSd and SSi turned me down. I receive income from the state for raising my grandchilren. It is not much. My son works and gets SSI. All this is what we all live on. 6 People in the house. House is paid, but have utilities as past due taxes, and insurances and food and gas. No food stamps. Dont' know what to do in my situation. Years ago, I was a medical assistant. Cannot do this now.
Diagnosed three years ago with COPD. Cannot stop smoking. Working on it, though.
diagnosed with fibromyalgia a few years ago, when my blood test showed a positive for the Rheumotoid factor. Sometimes it is so painful that I just lie down all day.
I have raised a nineteen year old granddaughter (on her own, now) and am still raising a 15 year old girl, a 14 year old boy, and an 11 year old girl all for various reasons. I have raised the first two girls since they were infants and the boy since he was 7 years old and the 11 year old girl (half sister to the boy) since she was 7. This has often been a rough road. This all was after raising 5 children to adulthood..sort of...my fifth child is only one year older than my 1st granddaughter.
