i have lots of interests , really enjoy going to pics with my children its an afternoon out, walking my dog (yes i have to as the children have lost interest - knew that would happen lol) out of work at the moment though looking into doing an nvq level 2 in teacher assistant as i need a term job

I just had my LEEP yesterday, I have severe displasia! Honestly, the scariest part of the procedure, was wondering if she was able to get all of it! The procedure was not painful at all! I am such a baby when it comes to pain! The shots didn't hurt either!! I wish you all the luck!!
Oh, sorry. I did not see you live there! I doubt you have GNC Vitamin stores. GNC is our largest vitamin store that are the best products. There is a website, GNC.com, but not too sure on how much shipping would be, or if they ship overseas. I am sure there is melatonin drug stores, but not sure how they would be. I have tried those from our drug stores, but they were very expensive for some reason and just did not help me.

I USE GNC MELATONIN. THEY HAVE ONE THAT IS CHERRY FLAVORED AND I GET THE MELATONIN 1...AS IN NUMBER ONE. ASK FOR THE ONE THAT MELTS IN YOUR MOUTH..THE WORKER THERE WILL HELP YOU. I ONLY TAKE IT WHEN I'M READY TO GO TO BED. I READ OR WATCH TV AND IN 1/2 HR I GET SLEEPY. MOST OF THE TIME NOW I SLEEP ALL NIGHT. TRY IT. I HAVE BEEN TAKING IT FOR ALMOST 5 YEARS. IF I RUN OUT I STILL HAVE A HARD TIME SLEEPING. GNC PRODUCTS ARE GOOD AND IT'S NOT EXPENSIVE..LIKE $5.00. I ACTUALLY BITE 1 MG IN 1/2 AND IT WORKS FOR ME.
