goal update Mood

Do I really have to write a journal entry every time I update a goal? geeze.. okay well. today was my first day of eating raw. I did eat peanut butter and cashews- which aren't raw.. but other than that it was fruits and veggies. Everyone always says that you don't get enough calories when you eat raw, but I'm tracking my calories and I'm still having to be careful.. breakfast alone- two bananas with peanut butter- was 380 calories... after lunch i was already halfway through my goal calories (1200). Now it's dinner and i'm seriously hungry so I have to be careful what I eat... thinking about tomatoes (50cal for 3 whole), carrots and cucumbers (not sure of the calories on those, but i know they're low) and, if i have some calories left over, some blueberries.

surprisingly i'm also getting my required protien which surprised me- (i thought i'd have to soak some beans or find some raw soy beans) there's protein in more than you think!

You don't have to write an entry when you update a goal. Just save the entry without writing anything. Much luck on your goals. You can do it!!!

Sorry to peak I saw your post and come to your profile. Have you got a kaiser near you? they have this food logs with info in them even I got one for me and my kiddo and we haven't used them yet, I want to wait tell we are all well to start it. But it was like $3.00 and looks easy to help us track things.

Try these link they might help you more.

http://www.bellaonline.com/subject... - Neat do you have a printer? If so this would help you possibly. Its got some of the same things. If not just use it maybe as a word document and add to it daily maybe?

Best of luck dear. Its hard but you can do it!

Be sure to make an account or it wont save your stuff past an hr.

And also don't forget you can get some good things from the framers markets and such and I shop places like stater brothers or Mexican markets since they have some good deals. I don't know if they are in your city or not but if you have some little markets hit em up and see what they have to offer.

And dont be affarid to mix things up like raw spinach with raw olives and slived up with some garlic and oil and some keffer and tomatoes also one thing a friend LOVED who did this same life style because really that's what it is! Was he would make raw dough stuff I dont recall the name but I am sure you know what I am talking about and mixed with chick peas and olives and garlic. OMG They said it was delicious. It sounds yummy to me. :)
