  Well I got some bad news for you...pot aggravates anxiety too. I did my dissertation on it. I just want to be okay. It really sucks because I never touched drugs, only drank a couple of times (socially) and have ben completely sober since Jan. 03, 2008, never had sex, and exercised regularly and I still got anxiety/panic disorder. :/ The people who do EVERTYHING AND ANYTHING are completley fine. Does your husband know how to read? How do you not punch him in the throat for being so thoughtless? Anywas, do you think sex (as gross and nasrty as I think it is) would help anxeity? Someone suggested it. Oh, and why did Obama support the gays being like incest fiasco?!?!?! I was hurt.

  Does your hsuband read up on your meds and bp with you? Anyways, I am just thankful that you are okay:) I am feeling pretty shitty on the other hand. I quit taking one of my meds b.c it was GIVING me anxiety and now I am dealing with the withdrawal symptoms. Bad migraines, very bad depersonalization, and heart palps.

  I can't believe you remember Captain Planet!! I loved that show:) He was so awesome...and he was ice blue-one of my favorite colors. The powers that the children had were amzing too. I miss that show. Back then it seems that cartoons actually taught kids something like morals-no pollution/recycle. Lassie taught trust and honesty and a good family structure. Ninja Turtles and Scooby Doo taught that crime doesn't pay. The Fables and Pooh taught to believe the best in people and be nice and have virtues. Nowadays a lot of stuff on the boob tube is trash or just plain trashy. I wonder what type of TV garbage my kids will have to look forward to when I have them:/
