      After 2 bankruptcies and several jobs, I managed 5 years 9 months without gambling, but have been back at it for 2 years.

      Treatments

      Distancing Somewhat Helpful
      Lottery tickets are the only thing I'm doing and managing to keep it under a limit.
      Gamblers Anonymous Somewhat Helpful
      I know that this is the way to go when I'm serious about quitting, but I haven't been to a meeting in a long time.
