Good Morning Everyone,

Got home late last night.  I was fortunate to sleep for a few hours on the plane. 

Our neighbor boy watered my plants...thank heavens as the weather in Portland was very hot.

It's so good to come home, isn't it?

It was wonderful to have a few days with my sister and brother-in-law as Don was visiting his family in Long Island.  His sister, Eileen, lives and works in Haiti and she is home for two months.  They were able to visit and visit sites, visit an Italian Bakery (yummy Italian Ices) and catch up with each other.

We found out that our niece Patty's son is Autistic.  He is four years old and just recently started to speak.

I did very well with my food and exercise but as the week progressed I did include some foods I rarely eat.  My sister is a fantastic cook and it was difficult at times.

I'm getting ready to make a list of things for my mom to do while visiting with us.

She is much happier when sewing, reading, etc.

Well, I've got to have my coffee and soon! So I'll close for now.
