Close Fibromyalgia
I went to a rheumatologist for shoulder and neck pain 5 years age. my father had Lupus, died of cancer. I was Dxed w/ osteoarthrittis, FM, akylosing spondiliosis(sp). now the neuopathic pain in feet and leggs is almost unbearable and the dr. has uped the dose of Lyrica and added vistaril for sleep.
Treatments
- Fish Oil Working / Worked
- Take 2000 mgday helps with alertness and pain reduction
- Heat Working / Worked
- It makes me feel better, the hot bean bad o my neck and shoulders. hot showers and baths
- Lyrica Somewhat Helpful
- I started on 75 mg /day and now they want me to go to 50 at breakfast and 50 at lunch in addition. I still have the neuropathic pain.
- Vitamin B12 Working / Worked
- I take 1 cc shot per month. I guess it helps, I am getting by OK

Close Schizophrenia
I am 50 female, 3 children 20,16 & 15, college Sr, and two Highschool Jrs. Married happily. Have depesonalized twice. most recently Feb/Mar- lost ability to dress, drive, burned self in shower, forgot how to adjust water! couln't remember how to cook. The "tabula rasa"-blank slate- with much love and return to meds I retured to eating and self and amazingly I remember how to be me again. Message when the paranoia overwhelms and you are reduced to picking lint, seek medical help!
