Was 176 went to the docs today and was in disbelief... Im pushing my goal to 150 or 140 so im going to upgrade my goal.. Even though i exercise very little the last 2 weeks and had some taco bell and a very big carne asada burrito.. But im happy

Yet again im re starting my diet this past 1 1/2 week i havent been eating bad but i havent been working out... But yesterday and today right now i ate fast food because thats what my cuzzens eat during the weekends but tommorow im going to do it and start exercising currently i stand around 187 pounds or 190 pounds
