I like working out on my Gazelle because it is easy. The day after and for the next 4-5 days after a workout is a killer. My calves hurt so bad that I can't hardly walk or do anything. maybe I did it too intensely. Time to get on and do it again. ??yes?? lol
How are you doing today? I was down two pounds but then today I'm up 3. grrrrr

    • Open Parents of Children with ADHD

My 8 yr.old son has ADHD and ODD. I noticed his behaviour getting out of control when he was only a year old. Its been challenging at times, but he's a really awesome kid; very smart. He's been on meds for about 3 yrs now. Since he's gotten bigger and he's changing all the time we've uped his meds a bit. It's going pretty good so far. We've noticed a difference and so have his teachers.
