Hi, I have a brother that is 18 now and has Asperger. If have any questions, I could ask my mom and hopefully help somehow. I also bought a book that I am gonna read because he graduates from high school this coming may and I am gonna help him learn how to do ebay and maybe get his own website going. How funny! I'm sitting here in my CAN Walk T-shirt right now (took my kiddos to the LA event last April)! I have been working in the field since I started college and have done everything from in home ABA therapy to Clinical Directing of autism programs. I'm now teaching in a self-contained classroom and I really enjoy the change! I know a lot of "big" people in the field. We spent the last year in CA learning about that system, but now we're back in MN due to the cost of living. Anyway - I should probably send you a message instead of such a long hug! But everyone can use another hug, right? We'll be talking soon - I'm sure of it! Good luck again!

Close Diets & Weight Maintenance
Hi..I'm a 36yr old mother of 3, married and full time Corrections Officer. I really never had problem with my weight until I got pregnant (3 yrs in a row). Then had a hysterectomy. I am still struggling to lose the weight. I've tried everything...I guess i need a little support....
Treatments
- Avoid Certain Foods / Chemicals Not Working
- I've tried the Atkins but my sweet tooth didn't allow it.
- Eat Less Somewhat Helpful
- Portion control is great but when your husband is large also and isn't supportive it doesn't help..
- 3 Hour Diet Working / Worked
- It's great once you get on schedule...I'm going to start it again tommorrow. You eat every 3 hours...A meal (approx. 400 cal), 3 hrs later a snack (100 cal per 100 lbs
