I have always had great difficulty waking up. I was diagnosed with sleep apnea and treated with ritalin and cpap, which helped for a while. Eventually I had surgery, which corrected my apnea. But I am having an even harder time waking up lately. Some of it is depression based, since it has gotten worse since my divorce. I am wondering if I'm narcoleptic - because my experience mirrors many of yours on this site. I need help! I'm near getting fired and I just can't function like this anymore.
I have suffered off and on with IBS. It first started in 2002 and it took me about a year to get it under control. It came back in 2007 and is going on 10 months of bothering me again this time. I can't have milk, yogurt, or ice cream. I am now wondering if I am gluten intolerant or something else, because every meal makes me feel sick and bloated.
