I'm a divorced mother of 3 adult sons. I'm doing ok these days, but I've had my moments. After returning to work for 12 months I became redundant due to the closure of the business, so have been looking at building up my own business as there aren't a lot of jobs locally. I'm in the process of renovating my home with help from my sons and friends. Updated 5 June 2009

Hi Oz..thanks for th hug about my Grandpa. I went up to NY to be with my Mom and Gram, they are both doing ok. I got back home to Florida on Saturday. The cold weather really tweaked my fibro! It's finally calming down again. I needed alot of rest! iI hope you are doing ok. Working is so hard sometimes. Take care of YOU! :)

I put the press release into my journal so all could read - yep it is on the market for sure now - WOOHOO. We are doing so fine even with winter coming on.
I am sorry to hear about the fibro and I don't have a clue how you could get that relieved either. You are doing a great job with your new employment tho - proud of you

Close Fibromyalgia
I developed FM after a work injury. It has completely turned my life around. I went from married, working full-time, exercise classes 5-6 times a week and regular walking, to divorced, out of work, hardly being able to get out of bed within 5 years. I am really trying to hang on and get some fitness back. I am working on a casual basis, so that's a good thing.
Treatments
- Duragesic Patch Not Working
- Effexor Working / Worked
- Trying to wean off with horrible side effects.
- Heat Working / Worked
- Lyrica Not Working
- Started off feeling great for a week or so, then crashed big time. Horrid side effects.
- Tegretol Working / Worked
- Helped mood swings and pain levels but side effects arent great though for me a lot better than some others Ive tried.
- Valium Somewhat Helpful
- When muscles are really tight from pain

My 23yo son is gay. I love him and I'm very proud of him. I am just sorry that society is not very accepting of gay and lesbians, and that they cannont get the same rights as "straight" people.
