Open Aneurysms

I am a 57 Y/O female. I have had an aneurysm in my brain for 5 years now. I had a brother that died at the age of 23 from an aneurysm (he was a year younger than me). I get mine checked twice a year and take an asprin daily. They told me that it is more dangerous to go in to reinforce it and won't go unless it grows and they have no choice.

I was in a roll over accident thrown down a revene during a snow storm, I live in the North and suffer thru winter, re-live the accident like it is happening to me again if I get caught in a blizzard

I use this all the time during the winter, even in the summer, it is very theraputic for me, mentally and emotionally

Psychotherapy Not Working

I went for 7 years and it did not help me one bit. When I would finally get a good counclor they didn't stay long. Was stuck with the same useless therapist for wayyyyy to long!!!

This was somewhat helpful, I use to call the hotline when I went into a panic attack,,, they just kept me company, never offered advice or tools I could use

This was somewhat helpful, calmed me down some, but not much, no longer use it.
