This year, I am actually not depressed or worried about turning another year older. Maybe it is because I am not seeing much difference between one year and the next. It is not a "milestone birthday" like turning a decade's corner, or a halfway mark.
It just is.
I feel better and healthier than ever, and I am sure that is one reason why I am not stressing it too much. I also feel like this is going to be a really good year for me. Not sure why - yet - but the answers will come to me!
