You can do it!! Try to replace the pop with something else. Have you tried the carbonated flavored waters? We get those instead of pop and my kids don't know the diff. They are good. Keep up the good work I know you can do it.

soda is so bad for you.
I just gave it up too after my trainer who is totally into holistic living told me it raises the acidity in your body which is a bad news!!
