Owe at least 40,000 in credit card debt. Not working at the moment. Get a certain amount in child support but there is not enough money left over from it to even put towards my debt.

Am a divorced mom of 3 ages 13, 10 and 5. My 10 and 5 year old's live with me, my 13 year old lives with his dad. We both have joint custody of all three. Being a Single mom is hard. I am not working right now and my ex husband is only giving me a certain amount each month in child support. UPDATE: 7/5/09 I did a short sale on the house and I close on July 13th. Will be moving in with a cousin who lives in Orlando.

Married to my Ex for 13 years when he decided he didn't love me anymore after having an affair with and falling in love with a mutual friend. He filed for divorce in April 2008 and the divorce was final December 16th.
