Love your pics, especially your lil man, he's such a doll. Listen hun, I read that you have anxiety, I do too, but started taking effexor last year when the panic attacks became more frequent, and they do the trick, so just a thought maybe you could try them. Love & Respect, Mckenzie one day at the time.

I know EXACTLY how you felt in the car... I felt that same way tonight... Anxiety is a horrible horrible thing but we can get through it!
Prayer
I had a car accident a year ago and cannot drive the car anymore even though it is repaired. Now I have a new car and am still dealing everyday with anxiety about driving. I've driven for 30 years (I'm 50) without fear until now. I sweat, shake, try to take only right turns or turn where there are left turn arrows. You are not alone. Write me. I will help support you. I am a true friend who honestly understands what you are going through. We'll get through it together!

Close Anxiety
Hi, I've had anxiety since i was about 12 years old. I am now 23 with a one year old. My anxiety is a struggle each day and it seems to be getting worse but NOTHING seems to help me.
Treatments
- Ativan Working / Worked
- I was taking lorazepam but just made me tired. My doctor told me to take one before i felt a bad anxiety attack coming but when i took it i couldn't even tell i took anything. Just made me tired.
- Breathing Exercises Working / Worked
- Breathwork Working / Worked
- Paxil Not Working
- I was on paxil for a few years but I dont believe it ever helped
- Positive Thinking Working / Worked
- Xanax Somewhat Helpful
- im prescribed to take 1mg three times daily but i can't do that w/ a young baby b/c they make me very very tired!!!
- Zoloft Somewhat Helpful
- Ive been taking this for a few years now . I take 100mg a day. I dont believe it does anything for me but if i dont take it i have awful withdrawls.

Woke up one morning and my mouth was stuck and i couldn't close it. Finally i was able to close it but I've suffered w/ this for years now. Everytime i yawn or open my mouth real wide my jaw clicks and my jaw is sore alot. Very annoying!!
