I was sent into early forced retirement by my dr. Unfortunately the job I had at the time was quite physical. During the summer I have a garden where I supply a lot of my neighbors with resh veggies. This is an activity I do in the early part of the day because of the heat which I have difficulty dealing with. I love to cook and share those treats with my neighbors and friends as well. I alzo likee to sew and have taught other people to do so as well. I got my degree in Home Economics, but chose to go into social work which I did for 20 yrs. To me I sound rather boring but so far I have enjoyed my life. I am going to be a grammy in March. I find this quite exciting! Parenting was okay but this should be fun!

Hey theresome days a better than others and have had a rough time with husbands depression but now making progress. same for you. Had to cancel my August appointment at MS clinic so now i go in Sept 9th. I could not get a driver that was why i had to cancel. I am doing ok learning to accept my walker slowly. hi holly, thank you for your comment to my journal.i really don't like to bitch here to people,but you're right where else can we.what's new with you.scary about the tornado. i have a friend i email in california and she got part of the reaction from one.she said some dishes fell of the shelves and some dvd's.so she was lucky. how are the little kiddies doing? have you been feeling ok or have you been phooeying and fudging alot.lol hug's diane
