Interests
I'm a huge reader. The minute I feel well enough I'm out of the house and on a night out with my friends, Films keep me company on the days when my body refuses to move. I'm still working full time and I work shifts. I love being off during the week because places are not so crowded. I enjoy going to the coast on these days and lots more

Thankyou for the friend request. Yes, I have been accused of lazyitus before too.. it's hard to know whether to even bother defending myself half the time!! I hope you are having a nice day :)

Try not to get discouraged. Just take things in stride. I don't do what is considered conventional exercise for AS. You will be able to determine the things that work for you. For me, it was diet and I remain active even though sometimes it causes flares. I would rather suffer a little and keep the movement. ;-) Good luck. A journal tends to help me and keep track of what foods set you off. I really believe low amounts of starches have helped me. I miss the potatoes!!
