Trust is something that takes quite a bit of time with me as well. Constantly "not believing" first is a bad trait I have. Been hurt too many times but cannot keep justifying with that either.
Given you posted this, you've made a commitment to change so you're already done one step by identifying. You kinda made me do the same thing otherwise I wouldn't have mentioned my story. Heck maybe I can make this one of my goals too!!
Keep it up, my prayers are with you, and also thank you for helping me open my eyes...
