I gained back 3.4 pounds this week. I think i see where I went wrong, though. I didn't track any of my food last week and I only exercised two out of seven days. So I went out for a walk last night and walked 2 miles. And I'm tracking again this week.

Walking 2 miles is great. Not sure how long your dieting but it takes awhile to really get into it. I'm trying! Not easy that's for sure.

walking is fabulous! and i know what you mean about not tracking, that food will sneak up on you!! i have learned i need to put everything down right away, because i might forget a little 2 points here or there and when i go in my shark mode at night time i will eat the points i think i have left and then feel like crap that i over did my points! you are doing good though! keep up the work and dont worry about the gain, its part of this journey! =D
