Close Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS)
I wondered what was wrong with me. I seen an article in a magazine about another woman and asked my doctor about it at my next visit. A long Q/A and some test gave me a diagnosis. I hate it but am glad it wasn't just in my head or something I had did. It explained a lot.
Treatments
- Metformin Somewhat Helpful
- Could not get past side effects. Of course you loose weight, you go constantly and the stomach pains were unbearable for me.
- Oral Contraceptives Working / Worked
- Provera Somewhat Helpful
- helped with the cycle. HATED effects of it. Refused it after 2.
Close Cervical Cancer
Had cervical cancer about 6 years ago removed by leep and now dealing with again. Also have PCOS as well as unrelated situations.
Treatments
- Colposcopy Working / Worked
- LEEP Working / Worked
