hi thx 4 the message. Srry I didnt reply earlier. not been well enough to log on for a couple of days. Sorry you are having such a bad time with CFS at the moment. It is a horrible illness. I have had it for a few years and it doesnt seem to be getting any better. glad i have my cats as they keep me company when i am feeling bad! xxx

I am just waiting for my first set of tests although it was queried I had it in 1995! I can't believe it has a name and is treatable after suffering since my mid teens!!
Close Chronic Fatigue Syndrome
Diagnosed in 1992 aged 19, after gradual onset, was bed bound then in wheelchair for 6 years, then after discovering acupuncture, which I had no faith in whatsoever! gradually improved, been working full time for 4 years :-) However, just had first real relapse following a bad virus and feeling sorry for myself! Really struggling at work. Main problems are the fatigue, general and specific to limbs, muscle pain, brain fog, cognitive stuff and frustration! But I'm usually a happy soul honest :)
Treatments
- Lexapro Considering
- Good for depression but not for ME symptoms at all
- Paxil Not Working
- Didn't have any affect on the ME
- Acupuncture Working / Worked
- Nothing short of a miracle I could walk again after the second treatment and gradually improved over 3 years since starting it until I could start working again. Ask me more...
