It has been a mostly good week for me... tomorrow I go back to the ob.  I had a scare at the end of last week... I had excruciating pain in my lower right abdomen.  It was absolute piercing pain that lasted 3 hours.  They were so good to me... took me right away in labor and delivery and monitored me for several hours to watch the baby's heart and check to make sure I wasn't having contractions.  Megan looked great in the u/s... she has started "practice breathing" which I guess is using certain abdominal muscles.  They think my ligaments had some sort of a spasm because I had gotten up too quickly that day... but everything else was perfect which was a huge relief to me.  The pain went away as quickly as it had started.  It was an awful scare though because until I got to L&D, I was sure I was going to lose Megan.  Also, my ob was on in L&D, which made me feel much better.

My older daughter had her tests last week... she does have the kidney reflux and the dr. is concerned because she has had an almost chronic bladder infection.  They are treating her with antibiotics, but it looks like she will need surgery by the end of the summer or early fall.
