Married 5+ years to a wonderful man who is the love of my life. I have a 4-legged baby named Roxie and I also teach 1st grade. I adore being a dog mom but I've hoped and prayed that we have a family that includes the 2-legged kind of babies! ;-) We've been trying to get pregnant for 3-1/2 years, seeing an RE for help 3 years this past December. Our obstacle is that my DH is handicapped from a spinal cord injury (SCI). He is pretty mobile, it could be worse but a common result is low sperm count/quality. That seems to be our obstacle although I also had a fibroid that our first RE said wasn't a problem but our current decided to remove this past summer. We've tried 6 IVF's 4 fresh cycles, 2 frozen, all of which failed until this last try when we finally got the BFP we had been praying for! Now that I'm pregnant, I decided to join to get a little support from others going through similar experiences with pregnancy after a long battle with infertility.

I haven't been on in ages, but I have to say that checking in on all my friends, you by far blew me away and made me have the BIGGEST smile on my face. I am sooo happy for you, for all the journals I've read back through- I'm so glad that your blessing(s) are unfolding and DOUBLING!! :) Hooray for you and your DH, I bet you're OVER THE MOON!

Close Pregnancy After Loss/Infertility
Recently got news that I'm pregnant after dealing with a 3-1/2 year fertility battle. We did IVF 6 times, 4 fresh, 2 frozen and this last fresh transfer took. Now that I'm entering into the great unknown of pregnancy after so many years of dissappointment, I'm looking for some support.
Treatments
- In Vitro Fertilization Working / Worked
- Eventually...we did 4 IVFs which also got us 2 FETs so after 6 tries altogether we got pregnant.
Close Twins, Triplets & More
6 weeks pregnant after an IVF and found out on last ultrasound that at this time, we're expecting twins.
