  oh hell I'm fine ...almost perfectly ,I'm just not allowed to brag about getting better because I'm neither really getting better or worse its just up and down one day at a time I just whine because I'm not the same person I can't last more than 20 minutes on the basketball court and cycling I do but I wear out too fast although I do tend to ride a little fast even for my age but thanks for the sympathetic ear and sorry for coming off as more unwell than I am (I hope lol) hugs back at you binks66
