Close Families of Prisoners
My baby's father is in prison because of his ex. She told him she was pregnant while I was (found out she never was). He left her, she got mad and called his P.O. (he was on state parole) and told him he was stalking and harrassing her (he was with me the week she said that he was doing that), so, since he was already on parole, they took her word over his without having proof.
Treatments
- Talking Working / Worked
- We are dealing with this one day at a time, and like he said just yesterday, everyday that goes by is a day closer that he's coming home.
Close Leukodystrophies
Type: Pelizaeus-Merzbacher DiseaseKaileb is 5 months old. I knew that he would more than likely have this disease (PMD), it's a rare genetic disorder that both of my nephews have. I had an amniocentesis done when I was 7 months pregnant (it was positive for PMD). Everyday I live with this knowledge, but everyday I find strength in knowing that he is an amazing little boy, and I am very lucky to have him!
