I stay here on the quitting site cause I have heard of several people who slipped right around a year or more- I feel very strong right now but that sneeky nicodemon has a way of trying to get back into our heads and life- we must protect ourselves every day.....

I have smoked almost 20 years. I hate it but loved it. My kids hate it. I have not smoked since Sat jan 5th.

- Cold Turkey Working / Worked
- I am trying cold turkey. Has ups and downs.
