I am 59 years old. I have fibromyalgia, osteoarthritis, osteoporosis. I am married for almost 15 years to my husband Mike, who has been a godsend to me. A wonderful man he is. I have a married daughter with 2 precious little girls, Mike has a married daughter with a precious little boy. He also has a step-daughter with a precious little girl. I like to read, go to movies, am involved in church work and am a catholic. Some days are better than others as far as the pain goes.

My name is Chris and I'm 58 years old. I was diagnosed with FMS 10 years ago, but I feel that I have had it way longer than that. It was good to finally get a diagnosis! I also have osteoarthritis and in chronic pain. Some days are better than others. A friend told me of this website, so here I am. Regards, Chris

- Aqua Therapy Somewhat Helpful
- Doing water therapy n a heated pool feels wonderful. I have stopped doing it but will start again in summer.

I am 58 years old and have had osteoarthritis for about 20 years. My hand especially and in my neck and feet. I'm sure it is elsewhere as well. Along with this I also have Fibromyalgia. I am married to my wonderful husband Mike. Between us we have 3 married daughters and 4 grandchildren. I am in chronic pain, but try to keep moving as much as I can. But, I HATE exercise. Will be good to be in this community. Thank you.
