Seems I've always had at least some low-grade anxiety from my upbringing! If I was happy, my grandmother would say, "don't be happy, you'll cry before the sun goes down." I guess after much hammering this stuck and still sticks. I am afraid to let go and be happy thinking I'll attract something bad!
