Still no pop.  I can't believe I have went this long.  I've had moments where I really longed for some pop ( like last night when my daughter was drinking some) But I did good and didn't cave!  I am worried about this weekend though, I am supposed to go out to dinner with a friend.  I hope I can stick with water!

    Water or Unsweatened iced tea is good. Hope you enjoyed dinner.. Great job on the pop!!! I drink diet but was drinking way to much and now I try to limit 1-2 a week which so far is going well, just try to drink water and eventually it just becomes a habit. Great work!
