Yesterday was rough, but in spite of me feeling so bad about myself I still ate right the entire day and walked on the treadmill 30 minutes.
I am trying to take baby steps to get thru this right now.
I figure to keep walking on the treadmill and swimming as much as possible to get the pounds off then I will worry about the toning.
Right now it's more important for me to eat right and feel better about the person I am.
