I am so disgusted with my body , and my willpower (or lack there of). My Boyfriend is a Marine and he doesn't understand how I can be struggling with this. I have been big for the last 10 years and have tried ebery diet pill known to man and most diets. He wants to get married one day and I want to get this weight off before then. Not to mention I can't stand to look at myself.
Treatments
- Atkins Diet Not Working
- Too much fat, and grease and meat yuck.
- Eating Healthier Foods Somewhat Helpful
- I tried this but it's so hard when everyone else around you is eating normal.
- Weight Watchers Too Soon to Tell
- This has worked to drop 20 pounds in the past and I am currently trying this again but it is a headached counting points and measuring.
- South Beach Diet Working / Worked
- I've tried this too but the 1st 14 days is hard because you have to cut out so much food.
Close Step Families
I am in a relationship that is going the serious route and My boyfriend has a 11 year old Daughter who's Mother passed away when she was just 2. She has never had a Mother and her Father is a Marine so she and I butt heads alot and sometimes hurtful things are said on both parts. I get so frustrated sometimes what can I do to make this situation and transsion easier for everyone?
