I sit here glued to the computer, wanting to go outside but it's so safe in here and warm. I missed my bike ride because I didn't want to ride in the fog and I didn't get enough sleep.
I am waiting anxiously to go to the hospital so they can draw some blood out of me. In 13 minutes I can leave. The hardest part is not a chewing a piece of nicotene gum. But I will reward myself afterwards with a nice breakfast, coffee and of course the gum.
Congratulations on staying sober, that's great! My friend who is also bipolar has been going to AA, but, I don't think he is staying sober yet. Keep on, keeping on:P
Not getting enough sleep is not healthy. So if you've got time, take a short nap.
Congratulations on staying clean and sober. Almost a year, that's a huge accomplishment. And getting off cigs too, that's tough, but awesome. I quit 16 years ago when my 3 yr old daughter announced that "smoking stinks!"
