I know exactly what your feeling! I had the same problem with the anxiety and sadness. This needs to be addressed with your doctor. It was my pediatrician who helped us recognize the seriousness of the PPD. Please. Call your doctor. Get in to see them asap. Also a moms group is a must! Also happy birthday. Congrats on your son and hang in there kiddo. It will get better if you get some help.

Try and find your nearest MOMS club. I did and they were such a great source of comfort and encouragement.
