  thanks so much. Lately I'm getting bad panic attacks (the dead squirrel in the living room today didn't help, lol) - but when I find myself feeling that sheer panic and pain that he is really gone..... when I picture his body, or us being intimate, or his way of being spot on in a romantic chemistry way and i think he's with someone else and he is out of my life forever and i literally start to pant, I'm not kidding..... I immediately start reciting the hail mary and our fathers..... until it goes away. and it subsides. I think God's helping me. I don't go to church, but I talk to Him every day - esp when I have a problem in my life. And this is a biggie.

  the door is closed.... i have not contacted him today at all. If he calls it can go to voice mail. I'm not answering. It is one of the hardest things I have ever done. I miss him, but I know it won't ever get better. Thank you for supporting me.
