  Hey there Firefly, its been such a long time since we have talked. I sure hope you are doing ok. Just in case I am sending you some sunshine to brighten your day. I have been hanging in while my body seems to be hanging out,but I am trying not to let that stop me too much(lol). Really though, I hope you and everyone around you is well and you are happy.   Sorry you have to go thru this. I know you are in pain, I hear it in your words. Try to find someone in your area who is a chiropractor and does "healing touch" and "Reiki touch" (sp). Several years ago I was in a car accident and ended up with overall pain. My job required a lot of walking and i was ready to give up and this was 3 years later. Our PT person was just learning those and used me as her case study. Lucky me! My pain level went from a 10 to a tolerable 2-4. Please take the time to research it. It just mught help. God bless you!

  oh my gosh... funny i'm reading this This morning, cuz i just tried valium yesterday and it REALLY helps! in fact i was about to call my doc and ask her to please send me a bottle of it. not enough to make me better, but just enough so i can sit up and talk (even played a video game) with out it completely pounding and throbbing my head. i mean ist still hurts but the valium dulled it down a bit. GOSH it was such a relief!! thanks for the tip, i guess you must have psychic-ly sent this to me! lol

  Hi ya hun... a big hello!!!!... I lost the internet for over a month and just got it back about a week ago... missed you and everyone.... thanks for the "hot" comment. lmbo .. O boy I sure dont feel to "hot".. lol.. but.. im still trying to fight age i guess. and man its a war... big hugs my freind.. im on facebook too.. but dont know what Im doing.. my kids are all on it too.. blessings to you hun.. may god watch over you... :)
