Start with good news,

Two youngest are nearly home. The court date did not go quite as well as I had hoped but overall was decent. Two youngest are home Friday thru Sunday(overnights and all). I also see them M-F and get them ready and off to school.. Beyond that I pretty much have them every day after school until I have to get ready for work. Next court date should be final for them as things are going extremely well and I am totally blessed to have them home with me again.

Things with the 14 yr old went backwards a little bit. Her and I still seem to be butting heads. I am trying everything I know to change but it is difficult when she still does not see any of this as her responsibility. Just biting my tongue and doing everything I can to get along to show her I am committed to her as much as I am to my younger two.

My cat had kittens...three of them. The first one born barely made it. We spent near an hour working on her, sucking out her nose and throat and rubbing her to get her breathing. She is fine now, no issues latching on just fine and already growing a ton. They are just a week old now. The first born is now known as Miracle. She is a striped gray, looks just like her momma! Second born is white and has been named Snowball and the last born was Tan and named Sandy. I told the girls we could keep one, as our lease only allows for two pets. I know it will be hard for them to let go, but we are going to make sure the two go to good homes!

The SUPER GOOD news is that apparently the 14 yr olds sperm donor has been paying into Child Support Recovery since 2007. They did not send it to me as I relocated with no forwardcing address for a reason. He was that reason. Getting a back pay check here in a day or so that is a BIG chunk of change!!!

The SUPER BAD news...

In the process of all this crap happening, they located my 14 yr olds sperm donor and gave up our location. I moved 2000 miles away to escape him and they blew it!!! I am so pissed and so scared! The stupid case worker beleived everything he told her, he said he had no criminal record...LIE! He said he was current on child support...LIE!!(Over $6000 behind)

So now I guess I have options. I looked on the internet and I do have enough to get a civil case against him. It will go one of two ways. I am going to attempt to terminate his rights, I have all the proof I need to make that happen, if he fights it, I will get him for ALL the child support he owes me. The order we have currently only went into effect 2005. However she was born in 1995. If he wants to make up that ten years plus half her medical costs, plus half my pregnancy cost, then maybe he can have access that he is requesting. But in the process, if he refuses to sign and i get the support order, then I can have him arrested for failure to pay and at the amounts that it is currently at, that would be a FELONY!

If he has half a brain cell working...he will SIGN OFF!!!!

bleh...

I realize some of this is old news as I posted on the boards, but still on my mind.

OH AND...

My littlest one just got moved UP a class level in gymanastics!!! Im such a proud Mommy!!! That is two who have moved up. Oldest is now in Intermediates and the little one went from Mini's to Beginners and is in the same class as her 9 yr old sister. The 9 yr old is really discouraged as she wants to move up, but it will come with time, they are all really amazing to watch in the gym.

Thats all I have for now, Hope all who are reading are well. I'm hanging in there, just having some sad days. Lots of random emotions.
