  babe I have SO been there, we all have. Sometimes the world crashes in, but that doesn't mean we don't take care of ourselves. Or that we go on self destruct mode. how does that help?? it doesn't. so fight and just do the best you can babe.

  I'm sorry I cannot offer you understanding. But I can offer you a hug, and offer you my cybershoulder if you need someone to just be there to listen and to care. I am so sorry for what you are going through and I cannot imagine how you must be feeling right now. Do you have a trusted friend who you can stay with for a few days, or who can come stay with you for a while? You probably should take some time off from work and domestic responsibilities and juts take care of yourself for a while.
  Please don't even blame yourself for what happened to you, or for the purported actions of your daughter. You are a good person and you deserve none of this.
