Thanks for your response to my GAPS discussion.. My son has not been diagnosed with GERD, but he did have horrible gas and constipation issues as a young baby, but alot of this hit home for me : ) I will be getting the book soon, they are shipping them out on the 1st. (HUGZ)

Hi my name is Debbie my grandson has recently been diagnosed with Autism....we suspected .and now are looking for some help to questions we have....he is 27 months old and has many classic symptoms, doesn't listen to his name, poor eye contact, non verbal, GERD and more....so I am happy to have found this forum.
Treatments
- Avoid Certain Foods / Chemicals Somewhat Helpful
- Gluten Dairy free
- Brushing Therapy Too Soon to Tell
- Seems to help a little
- Early Intervention Somewhat Helpful
- Birth to 3 ...3x per week OT, ST, teacher
- Occupational Therapy Working / Worked
- only one hour per week...not enough time
- Sign Language Somewhat Helpful
- he signs more, drink and me
