I read a friends journal.. She is not here on D. S. for some reason there is always something in it that makes me think she and I are or have lived the same life.. today she mentioned a song.. One that my Mother would hum as she did chores or combed my hair.. I WILL BE SEEING YOU IN ALL THE FAMILAR PLACES.. It brought tears to my eyes.. In fact I may cry... maybe soon. Later D

Songs touch me more than anything! Certain music not only makes me cry but ultimately brings some comfort, too. I can so relate to your feelings. Please remember, my dear Diane, that tears are all part of the grieving process and you need to just let them come.... if I were there, we could just have a good cry together.......
I love you, my friend... and you'll get through this part... just go easy on yourself..let the feelings and tears come....and breathe....

I truly believe that there are "messages" and "signs" that people send from the afterlife. I truly believe this, too. Sometimes when I am feeling particularly sad and missing people who are no longer around, I get one of these "messages." I know exactly what it means and who it is from. Yes, tears but smiles too.
