About Me
I have a husband and four children. My eldest son died tragically Nov 2/07. I live with chronic neck and back pain and i'm interestrd in improving my situation. If anyone can give any advise in coping with this nightmare, I would greatly appreciate it. Looking forward from hearing from you.
Interests
gardening, camping, spending time with my girl friends and looking after my dog(or he helping me).

Close Chronic Pain
I have degenerating disc in several areas of the spine. My muscles in my neck, shoulders and back have shrunk and is also painful. My legs have painful ham strings.
Treatments
- Acupressure Working / Worked
- also a procedure called dry needling that offered no relief.
- Heat Working / Worked
- Is soothing, helps a little with pain as long as you use it.
- Oxycodone Working / Worked
- Helps with neck and back pain but side effects are difficult
- Physical Therapy Working / Worked
- Painful
