There is no excuse. I fell off the wagon and bumped my head(lol). I've been struggling with depression(no excuse), insomnia(no excuse), my pain level has been real high(still no excuse). Why is it so hard to go to the gym when I usually feel great when I get there and work out? After a while the endorphins kick in and I'm in the zone! So what's up with the struggle? For the last two days I have gone TO THE POOL AND IT FELT GREAT! AT NIGHT THOUGH MY PAIN LEVEL HAS BEEN HORRIBLE. THE WEATHER HAS BEEN DAMP AND CHILLY!
