I went on the scale. 230.4
I still don't see any difference. People are saying I look different. I'm trying to stay positive but lately it's been hard. On the summit tracker(mountain climbibg machine) I now complete 30 mins at level 3 at .89 miles, 1495 feet climbed, then I do the elliptical or bike at level 5 for 35 mins, then I do 300 crunches(100 in front,100 at the left angle, 100 at the right angle with 30 lbs). I probably would see better results if I would stop snacking at night and eat breakfast. Some habits are just so hard to break.![]()

Tell me about it! Here's a great little diet I recently discovered. It's called the "No S Diet - No Snacks, No Sweets, No Seconds - Except on days that start with S". That's it! No counting calories, fats, trans-fats, carbs, portions, etc. Dieting doesn't get much easier than this. Also, you can get the paperback book for more detail and reviews from Amazon and there's an online No S Diet discussion board. Maybe this diet can help you to remember to at least eat breakfast since being on this diet makes you eat three meals a day except on days that start with S - and that's it!
