His lawyer had all the evidence that we had.

Matt was fully aware of the evidence brought against him. The investigator told me this.

So instead of having ALL of the evidence against him brought out in a hearing... which would completely expose him in front of the tribe... he chose to relinquish his license.

I wonder if his wife was aware of the evidence, accusations, and activities that took place around this case. 

And no one would have to know the truth that would have been brought forth in the evidence...

how convenient for him. 

He claimed he did this because he didn't want to put his family through a hearing. It would have been one afternoon and his family didn't have to attend.  

Maybe he had a feeling that the accusations and evidence were newsworthy, and would have publicly humiliated him and his family.

who knows.
