I realized today that you dont need someone else to determine you self worth. You dont need false love or false hopes. You know who you are inside and out. You know that you matter and that those who have known  you know that you are a valuable asset. You have some great gifts and the people that know you are inspired by your gifts. You shine in a way that makes others want to know you , be around you and love you for you.To all those that tend to want to use you and mistreat you just stand,turn, move or just walk away  and don't look back. You are a wonderful and beautiful person, they know it,  but the time of usery is over. So say to them its your loss. Lift your head up, stand up straight and tall and look ahead to brighter days. Que Sera, Sera. My son recieved two grants and I am so proud of him. My prayers have been anwsered(  dont tell me God does not, I am a witness that he does. I feel so good. I feel great. I can breathe again.......Stay Strong  Sandra
