About Me
I am 38 years old, married for 17 years with two boys aged 16 and 14. I work full time as a PA to a deputy head teacher, it's a very busy job but I love it. I am currently on sick leave though as my Crohn's Disease has flare up after 13 years of remission. fortunately work are being very understanding as are my family who have been a tremendous support, especially over christmas. My mum has Ulcerative Colitis so maybe this runs in the family.

Close Crohn's Disease & Ulcerative Colitis
I was diagnosed with Crohn's Disease when I was 19. I have been in remission for 13 years and developed symptoms of heatburn around 18 months ago. The diarrhoea and bleeding started last July and I began treatment in November after a Colonoscopy showed the Crohn's had returned.
